Communication With Your Guides Requires The Proper Tools

Anybody who works remotely knows that effective communication requires the proper tools. You no longer have to rely on your pager to go off and then go search out a pay phone to call home or the office. Now, everybody seems to have a portable computer, a tablet, a cell phone or a smartphone with Bluetooth connectivity so you’re always connected to your “source” anywhere you go. As you, our Higher Intelligence Source knows, we use a talking board to communicate with you. We didn’t choose this – you did when you first contacted me, Linda, 22 years ago through my dream teacher. It was in that first contact that you asked me to create a talking board that would not cause fear and caution like a Ouija board. You told me that you needed a way to reach humanity and on a higher level. You said that you needed this new talking board to be a teaching tool for others to use to contact their own guides. You insisted on providing proper Instructions to help people understand how to use it correctly. You also said you would contact me in my dreams to co-create this talking board now trademarked as Ask The Universal Channel®. Well, it’s been 22 years now and together we have accomplished a lot.

For many years I didn’t know where this communication with you was taking me. I knew the project had a life of its own and its timing was not up to me. This helped me to remove all the mind chatter about devising a specific business plan with traditional performance goals. I just kept my day job while I developed, practiced and taught what this communication tool was all about and how to use it correctly. Long before the Ouija board existed, the talking board device was an ancient divining tool commonly used by everyone to seek answers and advice. People just needed to get reacquainted with its original intent.

So, you might say that we have resurrected the talking board. We drug it out of the closet, rebuilt it, and from you we learned how to use it correctly. Doing so allowed us to open a new communication channel with you and bring your timely predictions and wisdom to the world.

Why does anyone still own real estate? Here are some reasons…People own their home but can’t sell it, they can’t rent a house for less money than they are paying now, they don’t want to move or can’t afford to move, their home makes them feel “safe,” or they still value “pride of ownership” and believe real estate prices will rebound sometime in their lifetime.

What about those who no longer own real estate?… They could no longer justify paying a monthly mortgage payment on a declining asset they were upside down on, they got a job or opportunity somewhere else and either sold it at a loss or walked-away, it was too much work and money to maintain, the neighborhood or city made them feel unsafe, or they couldn’t keep up with the rising utility costs and taxes.
